Did my order ship?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. We will send you another email when your order is shipped. If you did not receive the emails please email us at support@westlyfe.org so we can figure out a solution. Please don’t forget to check your spam and/or promotional folders.

What is my tracking number?

If you did not receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order was shipped please email us at support@westlyfe.org

I didn’t get an order confirmation, did you get my order?

An order Confirmation is automatically sent when an order goes through. If you didn’t get a confirmation check your spam folder. If you still do not see the confirmation email us @ support@westlyfe.org

How do I return my product?

Where is my order?

We ship orders received on 2 business days (Monday and Thursday). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is received and an order shipped notification with a tracking number when your order ships. If you placed an order and did not receive the order confirmation or order shipped email, please look in your spam folder then contact us at support@westlyfe.org. Orders are shipped using UPS. If you do not receive your order in 10 business days from the ship date, please contact us at support@westlyfe.org and we will work with you to make sure you get your products.

Why don’t you offer express shipping?

Overnight, express, same day shipping has a greater negative environmental impact than standard shipping. When a product is shipped via express shipping methods, oftentimes that single product is carried individually to a doorstep or mailbox rather than with multiple packages/products. Having your package travel with the general supply chain, with multiple other products is an environmentally friendly advantage of e-commerce. Express shipping negates that advantage. “We like to think of it as an individual driving in their own vehicle to an event versus many individuals taking public transportation to the same event. If we all use public transportation more often we would lower our impact.”

What brand is your apparel and what is the fit?

On the product page there is a description of the brand of apparel and the fit. We mainly use the following brands for our apparel:

Alternative Apparel: Alternative Apparel is committed to sustainability and use of organic materials in all their products.

Comfort Wash: Comfort Wash is a type of garment that is mostly made out of 100% American grown cotton.

Hats- Ambler A Climate Neutral Company We use ambler and their custom hat program to create and produce most of our hats.

Is your credit card processing secure?

We use Strip credit card processing, one of the most trusted credit card processing companies in the industry.

How does West Lyfe apply sustainability to doing business?

Brick and Mortar

Tagless Inventory System: At West Lyfe we are trying to do everything we can to limit our waste. Common retail inventory systems require a tag/sku number for every single item. Understandably, this helps track inventory, communicate prices and sizes, etc. We have created and will continue to innovate a system where we will not use tags on any of our products. This will require a lot more work on our end but we believe it is worth it to eliminate waste (mainly plastic) from our operation.
Bagless Checkout: If you come to shop at the West Lyfe store in Steamboat Springs, make sure you bring your own bag or backpack. We will not offer bags at checkout. For years, common practice at retail has been to give out bags or packaging, usually plastic, at checkout. Usually those bags get thrown away and end up in landfills or our oceans. This is a trend that we are trying to buck. It is time for everyone to start bringing their own reusable bags while shopping anywhere for the good of our planet. This is another small action that we believe will help us turn the tide in the battle for a healthier planet and needless consumption.

E-Commerce

Eco Enclose Packaging Products: We use Eco Enclose packaging and shipping supplies in every step of our packaging and shipping process; boxes, tape, shipping labels, etc.
